Crossfire: 2 Sides of the Story with Jonathan Lubecky and Zappy Zapolin

Episode Notes

The mind-changing effects of psychedelics attract people from all walks of life. In recent episodes, we’ve heard from doctors, researchers, attorneys, journalists and more who have been studying the benefits of plant medicine for most of their careers.

But the psychedelics community also attracts more “unlikely” advocates – such as today’s guests, former Army sergeant Jonathan Lubecky and award-winning filmmaker Zappy Zapolin.

In this episode, Jonathan and Zappy share their unique psychedelics journeys, the transformations they’ve experienced with the help of plant medicine, their work as psychedelics advocates, what the FDA doesn’t understand about plant medicine, and more.
